Mangamma Gari Manavadu (Grandson of Mangamma) is a 1984 Telugu-language drama film directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bhanumathi Ramakrishna, and Suhasini Charuhasan. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Man Vasanai (1983) and was a major box office success, celebrating a silver jubilee. It was the first 100-day film for Balakrishna as a solo hero and his breakthrough as a lead actor. The film ran for 100 days in Karnataka and 565 days in Hyderabad, making it the longest running Telugu film at the time.

The film revolves around Veeranna, the grandson of Mangamma, who loves his cousin Malli. Mangamma does not like her son-in-law's family, resulting in frequent quarrels. Every year, bull fights are conducted and Veeranna participates in them. One year, he is cheated by his opponents and loses the contest. His father-in-law commits suicide and Veeranna kills the cheaters and leaves the village. Everyone thinks he is dead. He returns from military service with a girl he wants to marry. His reasons are the rest of the story.

The film has a melodious soundtrack composed by K. V. Mahadevan, with lyrics written by C. Narayana Reddy. The songs are sung by S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, P.
