[S1E11] Speed Metal Fix
Transformers Prime deepens the epic mythology of both the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS, while starting fresh for a new generation of viewers and future fans. OPTIMUS PRIME, BUMBLEBEE, ARCEE, RATCHET, BULKHEAD, and many others are back to "roll out" against MEGATRON's latest attempt to conquer Earth. And MEGATRON proves to be more powerful than ever, having acquired a rare element that allows him mastery over life itself. [S1E11] Speed Metal
Over the course of two days following agent Phil Coulson's abduction, a task force led by Victoria Hand searches for him. They start by arresting T. Vanchat when he was selling Chitauri metal to Emily Deville. His Chitauri metal is a match to the type used in the Centipede serum, so S.H.I.E.L.D. believe he can lead them to Edison Po and Raina. Hand is infuriated when Skye hacks S.H.I.E.L.D.'s databases to trace Vanchat's finances, and decides to eject Skye from the Bus after increasing the security on her internet blocker bracelet. Grant Ward, Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons provide Skye with a satellite phone and help her evade other agents to go off the grid. When she is unable to gain access to a computer system without it being remotely shut down by S.H.I.E.L.D., she poses as an agent to blackmail corrupt businessman Lloyd Rathman into helping her.
The vehicles sped off, with the obnoxious kid from earlier in the lead. Knock Out easily caught up to third place, but maintained his speed after that. It seemed as though Bumblebee and the organic inside him had a personal vendetta against the other kid. For once, Knock Out could relate to them.
With Transformer: Rise of the Beasts on the horizon, I figured it was timely to make an RT of the big ape himself, Optimus Primal. It doesn't include his Transmetal or Optimal forms but I figured I'll add those sections later.
"A Brief Reminiscence In-Between Cataclysmic" opens with a teenage Clark Kent walking in the snow, following the signal from his Kryptonian crystal. When the signal stops, he drops the crystal, and shortly after it hits the ground, it creates Superman's iconic base of operations, the Fortress of Solitude. Inside, Jor-El's hologram appears, and he tells the young Clark exactly who he is, where he came from and what he can really do. Jor-El promises he will teach his son Kal-El to use his special abilities, and his training begins shortly after. Surrounded by nothing but snow and ice, Kal practices his super speed and his power of flight. After a considerable amount of time, he's now all grown up, and Jor-El tells him that it's time for him to find his place in the world and become the savior he was always meant to be.
Superman then speeds into a phonebooth to change back into Clark Kent and heads off to the Daily Planet, where he basically begs Perry White for a job until the editor-in-chief of the newspaper hires him. Clark is brought into the bullpen, and he meets the staff, including Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch), and sparks quickly fly between the two reporters.
A wall in the rock wall opened, and the aliens with the giant brains came out from behind it and incapacitated Pike with some smoke-ray. He fell instantly. They dragged him into the entrance, and the rock doors shut. The Enterprise crew aimed their phasers at the spot where the door was. They blew off the rock exterior until they found the metal of the interior doors, which they were unable to penetrate.
At his apartment, Jesse sits in his recliner listening as Skinny Pete leaves a voicemail recap of Combo's funeral. Jane arrives and introduces Jesse to heroin, handing him one of two two hypodermic needles. With swift precision, she mixes up a meth and heroin speedball. Jesse injects the speedball and is immediately overwhelmed by the resulting high.
As the Razor Crest descends into Trask's atmosphere, the ship begins to burn on re-entry. Djarin gets the Frog Lady's help in holding up the lever to slow the landing. On the surface, a Mon Calamari dock worker watches the ship landing. Trask flight control tells the Razor Crest to slow down its speed. Djarin engages the ship's rear thrusters in an attempt to slow down the descent. Din attempts to land the ship on a waiting landing bay. However, the landing struts break down and the Razor Crest tilts over into the sea below.
The Mandalorian jumps after the Child and the Quarrens seal a metal grill trapdoor over the opening, trapping the Mandalorian. They intend to steal Djarin's armor and use pikes to force him underwater, hoping to drown him. Before the Quarren can finish him, several Mandalorians with jetpacks descend on the deck and fight the Quarren, killing them with at least one falling into the sea. A female Mandalorian opens the trapdoor and pulls Djarin to safety. He tells her that the mamacore has taken the Child. She jumps into the water while her two comrades help Djarin.
Kryze says exactly and explains that the freighter will travel at trawler speed inside the shipping lanes and then ascend into orbit. She says that they will jet up when the freighter is cruising at low speed in Trask's atmosphere. Kryze explains that the tower won't allow them to climb until they have left the port's airspace. When Djarin asks if there will be stormtroopers aboard, Kryze believes that there will be at least one squad. Woves quips that the Imperials could not hit the side of a bantha.
At dawn, the Gozanti-class cruiser departs Trask, flying at low speed. The Mandalorians fly behind the freighter and take out the stormtroopers guarding it, throwing them overboard. One of the stormtroopers manages to warn the rest of the crew about the presence of "pirates." At the bridge, the Imperial captain informs the bridge crew that they are dealing with pirates as one of the stormtroopers is thrown against the cockpit window. The captain orders his stormtroopers to guard the hall and the bridge crew to seal the hatch.
Team Flash gets a notification that the Rathaway Industries building is under attack. So the Flash goes to battle Hartley who is wrecking havoc on the building and the police cars that arrive on the scene. At first, Hartley manages to knock down the Flash but soon the scarlet speedster removes the tech gloves that Hartley was using to emit sonic waves. Before the Flash can take Hartley in, he knows that Team Flash is listening and tells the Flash he knows Wells secret.
In the post credit scene, Wells is working with his AI Gideon on the tachyeon device. Apparently, it is not working as effectively as Wells would like as his speed is not where he wants it to be. Gideon suggests doing something but Wells says not to bother as the end game is near as he looks at the Reverse Flash costume.
On Earth, the battle at Millennium Island with Carta Issue's forces resulted in Barbatos losing its shoulder armor, and they were replaced by those from a defeated Graze Ritter. It was also upgraded with new waist boosters. En route to Edmonton, Tekkadan met with Carta's forces again, but they were quickly dispatched by the Barbatos. At the outskirt of Edmonton, the Barbatos and Tekkadan's other mobile suits spent three days fighting with Corlis Stenja's forces. The enemy was eventually reinforced by Gaelio Bauduin's ASW-G-66 Gundam Kimaris Trooper and Ein Dalton's EB-AX2 Graze Ein, and the Barbatos was subsequently locked in a fight with the former. With help from McGillis Fareed and his V08-1228 Grimgerde, Mikazuki and Barbatos escaped from the Kimaris Trooper and heads to the city where it stopped the Graze Ein from killing Kudelia Aina Bernstein. During the fight with Graze Ein, Mikazuki was pushed hard and in order to win, he sought more power from the Barbatos via his Alaya Vijnana system. The system responded and improved his reaction speed, leading to Barbatos having better movements. The Barbatos' shoulder armor and backpack were later ejected as decoys, and the suit managed to slice off Graze Ein's forearms after Mikazuki mastered the Long Sword - the Barbatos' only handheld weapon left at that time. The Barbatos then won the battle after piercing Graze Ein's cockpit, killing Ein. 041b061a72
